Grand Cru Kirchberg de Ribeauvillé
Grand Cru from Alsace
An Exceptional Terroir
Clay soils, often very stony, welcome this vineyard located at an altitude of 270 to 350 m.
A Favorable Variety
The Riesling makes the most of the qualities of sunshine of the locality which covers an area of 2.5 ha.
A great finesse, a well-built body : our Riesling grand Cru Kirchberg develops over time the remarkable aromas characteristic of marl-limestone soils.
Cited for the first time in 1328, according to the famous historian Médard Barth, the Kirchberg covers one of the best terroirs of the town.
The wines from this terroir have for many years been the subject of a claim of the Kirchberg appellation.
