Riesling Vieilles Vignes
After 18 months on fine lees, the wine gives all its expression to the Riesling grape variety. White fruit notes. Fleshy and mineral wine. The attack on the palate is soft and ample, ending with a beautiful lemony texture that makes it the archetypal Riesling accompanying fish and shellfish.
Riesling H.D. Les Terrasses du Clos
This Riesling comes from a vine planted with high density on a sloping granitic soil. Still in its youth, the nose develops citrus notes predominantly lemon. The attack on the palate is lively, persistent and mineral.
Typical nose on notes of white flowers, followed by sauvignonné aromas predominantly blackcurrant bud. The attack is supple, the mouth greedy and crunchy, marked by the grape variety. A persistent fresh finish. Ideal as an aperitif or with asparagus in all their varieties.
Pinot Noir Réserve
Robe d'un roue intense. Nez ouvert, sur des notes de fruits rouges et noirs frais et de vanille. L'attaque se veut souple et franche. Vin d'une belle structure aux tanins fondus, se terminant sur une finale longue et agréable.
Dress of an intense wheel. Open nose, with notes of fresh red and black fruits and vanilla. The attack is flexible and frank. Wine of a beautiful structure with melted tannins, ending on a long and pleasant finish.
Pinot Noir L'EphémèreThis is a vintage of Pinot Noir grown on a wide terroir. Vinified in 2014 from wilted berries that favor an excellent concentration of the material, then raised in barrels, which makes it possible to sublimate the raw material. This exceptional wine will remain attached to the year 2014.
Pinot Noir Osmose
Wine with a dark and sustained color with red highlights. Nose on toasted notes with elegant oak. The attack is flexible. The palate is rich with silky tannins and the wood is well integrated. A long aging in barrels reflects a beautiful material.
As accompaniment to a red meat poivrade sauce will be in the excellence.
Pinot Gris Optimus
Golden yellow color. Open nose on an elegant woody, vanilla notes, toasty and ripe fruit. Soft attack, ample mouth, fat and powerful. Vanilla. Powerful finale.
Pinot Gris Réserve
Made from a clay-limestone soil, this Pinot Gris delivers aromas of ripe fruit with a slight hint of smoke; whch is characteristic of the grape variety. Soft on the attack, powerful, well fleshy and greasy with a touch of toasted bread; it ends with an acidity all in the finesse. It will accompany a white meat in a cream sauce as well as an aperitif.
Pinot Gris TrottackerAssociated with the nuances of the grape variety, this Pinot Gris reveals a bouquet of ripe apricot fruit and candied citrus fruits. Fine and powerful at the same time. A round mouth, full, silky, long and always fresh.
To enjoy with a foie gras, a white meat with morels. A wine to keep.
Gewurztraminer Cuvée Particulière
A golden yellow, the softness offers a seductive nose, mixet spices, flowers and overmature notes. It recalls the candied yellow fruit; pineapple and litchi dominanting. Soft on the attack, rich and unctuous, the mouth is greedy and generous. To be enjoyed today as an aperitif or with a plum or apricot pie.
Gewurztraminer Vieilles Vignes
Nose powerful and intense by its floral and fruity scents. Full, generous, balanced palate ending with notes of spice and ripe yellow fruit.
Gewurztraminer Cuvée Carole
This wine comes from a vineyard with clay-limestone soil and old vines. Intense on the nose, it releases aromas of flowers and exotic fruits. The rose, associated with some notes of over-matureness, takes over the palate. We then discover a rich and unctuous structure; refreshed by a little vivacity in the final.
To enjoy now as an aperitif or with a creamy cheese.
