Pinot Auxerrois «Vieilles Vignes»
After being allowed to breathe for a little while in the glass, the toasted and vanilla flavours mingle with the smoky-woody (12 months in the barrel). This concentration of tastes is due to the good maturity of the grapes, as well as to the age of the vineyards, over 40 years. With a supple, rich attack, a richness stands out and spreads harmoniously across the palate, finishing on a note of torrefaction: "Arabica".

Riesling Cuvée S
This Riesling, chosen for its fruitiness and its elegance, was drawn off very early on. Served cool, it reveals all its charm and the friskiness of its youth. Ideal with seafood.

Riesling Réserve
This Riesling has a nose which offers floral aromas, which are dominated by a slight mineral edge. With a fine liveliness on the palate, this is a wine typical of the variety, the jewel of the Alsatian vineyard.

Riesling Old Vines
A Riesling already showing a very open nose with lemony hues. The intensity of the aromas is prolonged on the palate, which is revealed with a fine acidity, balanced and persistent, with a rich finish.

Muscat Réserve
An ample, warm, structured and balanced mouth for an ambitious wine with a nice texture. A strong, persistent hint of yellow fruits, with a jammy finish. A dry Muscat. Serve as an aperitif or with asparagus.

Tokay Pinot Gris Réserve
Given the youth of this wine, bottled in the first days of spring, the mellowness and a slight liveliness in the mouth are already in harmony. Excellent for lovers of extremely supple wine. Drink as an aperitif, or with fish in sauce or white meat.

Tokay Pinot Gris Trottacker
Trottacker (press field) hamlet stands on argilo-calcareous land. Exposure is East-South-East. It has given a very great Tokay, a brilliant straw yellow in colour. Elegant and fruity, tinged with a slight overripeness, this Tokay asserts itself with considerable freshness. It is balanced, distinctive, fine and long. A wine for foie gras.

Pinot Noir Réserve
The noses expresses small red fruits, with a slightly spicy edge. Corpulent and with a good length, livened up by a tannic finish.

Pinot Noir Red
Matured in barrels without filtering. A deep black cherry robe suggests a full, powerful wine from the outset. Nose with floral notes, with violet predominating, where spices blend with vanilla, thanks to its being matured in barrels.
In the mouth the aromas are very mature with a tiny hint of animal, a slightly tannic finish, that will fade over the years)

Gewurztraminer Réserve
A discreet citrussy flavour, with mandarin predominating. A beautifully harmonious silky mouth. A wine at its peak.

Gewurztraminer Special Cuvée
Made from vines thirty to fifty years old, this selection opens progressively onto complex flavours of slightly overripe fruit. Full and elegant, this wine is enhanced by spicy notes in the finish. Serve as an aperitif, or with foie gras or Munster cheese.

Gewurztraminer Old Vines
Produced in vineyards over 30 years old, the nose is characterised by spicy, floral aromas. With citrus, lychee and yellow fruit jam dominating. Full-bodied, powerful, with a good length reinforced by a touch of overripeness, with a richness due to the residual sugar, in total harmony. A wine for laying down. Drink with soft and blue cheeses, as well as tarts.
