Tokay Pinot Gris Late Harvest
After being allowed to breathe a little in a large glass, this Pinot Gris is assertive with a very complex nose, where pineapple and apricot rub shoulders with currants and beeswax. The palate confirms this first impression of richness. The high level of residual sugar is a guarantee of great potential. Opulence, richness and fullness are the key impressions when tasting this wine.
Gewurztraminer Late Harvest
A strong yellow in colour, the maturity of this wine comes out in its nose. It is a wine made from a botrytised harvest (more than 15% "Grains Nobles", grapes with noble rot). Notes of apricot and honey, with a good length in the mouth, excellent for laying down for long periods. Harvested with a potential of 17 degrees.
